How to use learn to support
Learn to Support helps you build the confidence and skills to support others, have meaningful conversations, and connect people with helpful resources.
How to use find support
Find Support makes it easy to connect with peer support, discover helpful resources, and find the information you need, all in one place.
How to request a peer supporter
When you're looking for support, select Connect to Peer Support and submit a support request. Your request is shared anonymously with the peer support team, and a peer supporter will reach out to connect with you.
You do not need to provide your name or other identifying information to request support. Your personal information is not attached to your request, and conversations with peer supporters are kept confidential. Your peer supporter will explain any limits to confidentiality before your conversation begins.
Tap "Connect to Peer Support"
Open the app and select the peer support option.
Submit a Support Request
Complete the short request form. You can share as much or as little information as you feel comfortable providing.
Your Request Is Shared Anonymously
The peer support team receives your request without your name or identifying information.
A Peer Supporter Reaches Out
A trained peer supporter will connect with you through the app.
You're always in control of what you choose to share, and participation is completely voluntary.
